Help us help Nepal!🇳🇵 https://www.spleis.no/innsamlingfornepal?s=c We, the students in Nepal, have decided to start a fundraiser to help the victims of the floods in Nepal. We arrived in Nepal the week after the devastating flash flood in the Rasuwa District on August 26. Since arriving, we have quickly seen how much help is needed, both right now and in the long term. We are raising money that will go directly towards humanitarian aid and rebuilding damaged infrastructure. To ensure full transparency and that the money is used in the right way, we as students will be directly involved in the process. We will help purchase emergency supplies ourselves and follow the entire process closely.

This week we visited @chetana_weavingforlife , a non-profit organisation in Pokhara working to empower women and create opportunities for a more independent life. 🩷 Through skills training in weaving and tailoring, health awareness programmes, and a newly opened safe house, Chetana supports women and girls facing social and economic challenges. Since 2008, they have trained more than 500 women, helping them gain skills, confidence and financial independence.
